An initial assessment includes a sit down consultation and introduction with Kate along with a customized osteopathic assessment and treatment specific to your body. This time is used to build a structural understanding of what is causing your pain and symptoms.
Subsequent Treatment $80 - 30 min
Follow up treatments are 30 minutes in length. Each subsequent treatment will be unique to your body. It includes continuous assessment and treatment of your bones and soft tissue in search of compensation patterns and restriction of motion. Osteopathic treatment looks at the relationship between structures and frees restriction of motion to improve bony positioning and circulation.
